Our Services Include:
- Step 1 - We perform a free initial consultation, collecting basic information. We may visit your business site. Then we provide our recommendations.
- Step 2 - Based on our recommendations, either a Lens™ Business Plan Package or a Lens™ Business Research Component Service is chosen. The Discovery phase begins, where relevant industry data is collected.
- Step 3 - Layout Stage. All financial models and forecasts are created and text content is written, reviewed, corrected and laid out into draft form.
- Step 4 - You review the business plan or service study draft. Some businesses opt to stop at the draft stage, especially if they are using the plan or study to develop an internal initiative or objective. Others, who will be using the results to obtain financing or venture capitalization, will have the plan or study bound into a color hi-graphics final form.
